Stirred Sparkling Thyme Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. chilled Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling White Wine
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz. Sweet Haven apple thyme cardamom tonic
  • Dropper of Woodster lemon thyme bitters
  • Optional: 1 – 2 oz. chilled sparkling water for a lighter version
  • Optional: a sprig of thyme or lemon peel to garnish

How to make it

  • Step 1: In a mixing glass filled with ice, gently stir Freixenet, Sweet Haven tonic, and Woodster bitters to chill while preserving bubbles.
  • Step 2: Strain into a champagne flute.
  • Step 3: Top with a sprig of thyme or a twist of lemon peel for a fresh, aromatic finish.

Shaken Sparkling
Dirty Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Cut Above Gin
  • 1 SaySo Dirty Martini stick
  • 2 oz. water
  • Dropper of Woodster lemon thyme bitters
  • green olives
  • Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling White Wine

How to make it

  • Step 1: In a shaker with ice, add Cut Above gin, SaySo Dirty Martini stick, water, and bitters.
  • Step 2: Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 olives threaded on a cocktail pick.
  • Step 3: Top off with a splash of Freixenet Alcohol-Removed White Sparkling Wine.
